Welcome to the Department of Energy Systems at the University of Thessaly.
Established in 2019, it is the first and only department in Greece dedicated exclusively to energy-related disciplines.

The Department of Energy Systems is a modern academic unit engaged in all aspects of energy production, management, transmission, and efficient utilization. Our mission is to educate scientists with cutting-edge knowledge and skills capable of meeting the challenges of the energy transition and sustainable development.
