We inform students that the online platform for submitting free meal applications for the 2026–2027 academic year has reopened and will remain open until September 15.

Students who submit a meal application can monitor the progress of their application by logging back into the University’s online platform (https://merimna.uth.gr) using their institutional account credentials. Those who see their application status as “Resubmission with supporting documents in electronic form” must immediately correct their application by attaching the required documents and then click SUBMIT.

Students who see their application status as “Finalized by student” mean that the application has not yet been evaluated; they should monitor its progress for any necessary corrections or additions of documents following the evaluation.

Students who see their application status as “Provisional approval” mean that the application is complete with no pending items.

Attention! It is necessary to submit the application definitively in order to activate the processing procedure by the competent services. Applications that remain in “Draft” status will not be considered, and the student must proceed to fill in the required fields, attach the necessary documents, and then click submit.
