DOCUMENTS FOR COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION OF FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS
ACADEMIC YEAR 2026-2027
To complete the registration for first-year students, the following documents are required:

Printed and signed electronic registration application submitted to the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs, and Sports.

Photocopy of the ID card or passport (matching what was declared in the electronic registration, both sides).

Student photograph (ID card size).
-
Photocopy of the AMKA (Social Security Number) and AFM (Tax Identification Number).
-
Signed privacy notice form regarding the processing of student personal data (attached).
Special Category: Successful Candidates with Severe Medical Conditions
After completing the electronic registration, successful candidates in the special category of individuals with severe conditions must—either in person or through an authorized representative—submit the following documents to the Secretariat (either in-person or via registered mail with a return receipt) to complete their registration:

a) A clear photocopy of their police ID card or another public document proving their exact date of birth and full name.

b) A clear photocopy of their high school graduation certificate: high school diploma, degree, or school completion certificate.

c) A clear photocopy of the Certificate of Medical Condition Diagnosis issued either by:
-
i) The competent Seven-Member Committee of a hospital (established annually by ministerial decision pursuant to Joint Ministerial Decision No. Φ.151/17897/Β6/2014, Government Gazette 358 B’), or
-
ii) The Appeals Examination Committee for candidates with severe conditions applying for admission to Higher Education under the 5% quota (constituted by joint ministerial decision upon recommendation by the Central Health Council – KESY of the Ministry of Health).

d) Three (3) ID-sized photographs.
Submission Details
All the above documents must be submitted to the Secretariat of the Department of Energy Systems either in person (every working day from 10:00 to 13:00) or sent via postal mail or courier service by Friday, September 18, 2026, to the following address:

All of the above documents are mandatory to complete the registration of first-year students in the Department.
