Course registrations for the winter semester of the academic year 2026-2027
(DOES NOT APPLY TO FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS – REGISTRATIONS FOR THE 1ST SEMESTER HAVE BEEN COMPLETED BY THE SECRETARIAT)

We would like to inform you that the period for course and thesis registrations has been extended, and you may submit your registration for the winter semester of the academic year 2026-2027 until Sunday 08-11-2026.

Course registrations are submitted exclusively online using your Institutional account credentials at the following link: https://sis-web.uth.gr.

(To access the Electronic Secretariat website, you must use a VPN. Instructions for installing and setting up the VPN on a computer or other device can be found here: https://www.it.uth.gr/services/eikoniko-idiotiko-diktyo-vpn)

Course registration is a prerequisite for participating in exams.

Late registrations will not be accepted in accordance with Decision No. 5976/26/ΓΠ published in Official Gazette FEK 826/16-02-2026, t. B.

No further extension for course registrations will be granted.

Please note that course registration in the Electronic Secretariat is separate from your course enrollment/registration on e-class.

Regarding the supplementary exam period:
Senior (post-4th year) students of the Department of Energy Systems during the above period may also register for courses of any semesters in which they wish to be examined during the winter semester examination period of the academic year 2026-2027.

Requirements:

1. The student must be in semester 9 or higher.
2. The courses must have been registered in previous semesters (at least once in the past) and without a passing grade in the past.
